Position Overview: At The Wildbirch Hotel, the Room Attendant / Housekeeper supports the entire housekeeping team, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuuming and sweeping floors.
• Cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Making beds and changing bed linens.
• Replacing towels and toiletries.
• Restocking guest room amenities (e.g., toiletries, beverages, snacks).
• Ensuring the room is properly set and clean before guests arrive.

• Responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guest rooms.
• Following hotel procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Ability to lift, carry, and climb.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand and cleaning tools.

• Relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning service work.
