We are interviewing people for a weekend part‑time Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk role. The position is focused on ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out, and coordination of hotel services. Responsibilities include responding to guest reservation requests, handling telephone inquiries, addressing compliments or complaints, and managing cash, change, and the assigned house bank.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out and the coordination of hotel services.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Paid Holidays: 6 holidays after one year of service (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
