Guest Service Representative​/Front Desk Clerk

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out, and coordination of hotel services.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to guest reservation requests, answer telephones, and respond appropriately to requests.
• Handle guest compliments or complaints and take appropriate action.
• Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
