We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist in overseeing and coordinating food and beverage operations within Chin’an Gaming Hall, including daily operations, staffing, budgeting, guest service, menu development, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Manager will support the overall success of the Food & Beverage department by ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high service standards, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, alcohol service, and gaming regulations.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of all casino food and beverage outlets, including the food truck, bars, and concession stand.
• Assume operational leadership of the Food & Beverage department in the Manager's absence.
• Assist in developing and implementing departmental goals, procedures, service standards, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and guest service.
• Monitor casino floor food and beverage service and coordinate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Assist with managing departmental budgets, expenses, labor costs, and operational targets.
• Assist with menu pricing, promotions, and product offerings as directed.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, storage, and product controls to minimize waste and ensure appropriate product availability.
• Identify operational issues and implement or recommend solutions to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and gaming regulations.

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising Food & Beverage staff.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback to employees.
• Assist with performance evaluations, employee development, and corrective action when necessary.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, excellence, and guest engagement.
• Assist in developing staffing plans and schedules based on business levels, special events, and operational needs.
• Conduct and/or participate in regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, operational updates, policy changes, and departmental goals.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication among Food & Beverage employees.
• Ensure employees are properly trained in service standards, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and applicable gaming regulations.

• Implement, maintain, and enforce service standards that reflect a premium casino hospitality experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address guest concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Empower and coach employees to provide exceptional service and resolve routine guest concerns appropriately.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage staff adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and applicable laws.
• Maintain composure, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive guest or employee situations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Gaming, Security, and other departments to support special events, promotions, tournaments, VIP services, and other casino activities.
