OverviewWhen our guests arrive, we want everything to be in excellent condition. The goal of our Maintenance team is to help our guests feel safe and cared for! As a Maintenance Supervisor, your attention to detail and hands on work ensures that our guests have a comfortable and problem-free stay.

- Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the maintenance staff.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance in all areas of the hotel and inspect work completed by other maintenance staff to ensure quality and standards are met.
- Troubleshoot various technical devices such as key card systems, internet equipment,television equipment, etc.
- Oversee safety programs and key control throughout the hotel.
- Respond to all guest requests with a sense of urgency and service frame of mind.
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
Previous maintenance and supervisory experience in a hotel or property management setting is preferred. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Previous technical training or relevant job experience is preferred.

- Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service

For Employees Based in Colorado:
- 8 paid holidays per year; employees working in the City of Denver receive 64 hours of designated holiday time per calendar year
- Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service
- 6 days or 48 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
