Role DescriptionFull‑time hybrid role in Anchorage, Alaska. Manage workers' compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with Alaska regulations.
Responsibilities- Handle claims, evaluate information, coordinate with insurance providers.
- Deliver excellent client service.
- Ensure compliance with Alaska workers' compensation laws.
- Independent Adjuster (IA) License - REQUIRED.
- Strong skills in claims handling and insurance processes.
- Experience with employee benefits.
- Customer service focus.
- Organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Alaska workers' compensation laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid environment.
