• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years in a QA architect or lead role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience working within Agile and Dev Ops environments.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level or Certified Agile Tester.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks tailored to business services applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated testing solutions to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Conduct code and test reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze testing metrics and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and team performance.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers and testers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging QA technologies and methodologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
