The BVT Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of business validation tests within the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing test results, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that impact business processes. The analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement of validation methodologies and support the implementation of best practices to enhance overall quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business validation testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and test management software.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Certification in quality assurance or business analysis (e.g., ISTQB, CBAP).
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

• Design, execute, and monitor business validation tests to ensure system and process integrity.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality assurance to address validation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to management on validation outcomes and risk assessments.
