Junior Technical Support Specialist

Weston Technology Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our in-office team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on routine tasks, and wants to grow within a collaborative technical environment. • Deliver and set up workstations for internal and client use.
• Update and maintain client documentation.
• Reconcile hardware and software inventory
• Assist in troubleshooting and restoring backups.
• Support quarterly best-practice reviews and CMMC compliance tasks.
• Solve unexpected issues with a calm, solution-focused mindset.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows.
• Strong documentation habits and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Interest in growing within a technical support or systems administration path.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting (training provided).

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role or related experience
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Exposure to remote support tools and practices.
• Certifications but not required:
  CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certification
