Role: Senior Document Control Specialist

Duration: 6+ months

Location and schedule

Work at North Slope, Alaska in 14x14 rotational shifts of 12 hours per day, followed by 14 days off. The client provides accommodation, food, and transportation from Anchorage to North Slope and back.

Must Have Skills

• Document Control for Upstream Oil and Gas domain
• Proficient in SAP DMS document management
• Proficient in conducting Bluebeam sessions for document reviews

Job Description

Senior Document Control Specialist role in Upstream Oil and Gas domain to manage document control activities for engineering documents and data like PIDs, ISOs, Electrical Schematics, Civil, Structural, Datasheets, vendor packages, test reports, fabrication packages. Create Engineering change Masters, track till closure. Allocate document numbers, maintain metadata accuracy, revision control, manage redline markups, as built updates. Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Blue

• Ensure technical documents received from vendor meet contractual VDDR expectations, validate completeness and upload to SAP DMS and link to appropriate functional locations
