Licensed Insurance Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Agent at the Stan Tebow Allstate Insurance Agency, located in Anchorage, AK. The Licensed Insurance Agent will play an integral role in serving clients by assessing their insurance needs, providing recommendations, and offering policies to meet their unique requirements. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing clients, processing policy applications, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

The agent will also focus on achieving sales goals and retaining customers through excellent service.

• Proficiency in customer service, relationship building, and the ability to identify individual client insurance needs
• Strong sales, negotiation, and goal-setting skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, active listening, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of insurance products, laws, and regulations (having a valid Insurance License is required)
• Proficiency in using insurance quoting systems and CRM software is an advantage
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required

This is a base plus commission position. A qualified candidate can expect to earn $60,000-$80,000 first year with unlimited upside potential.
