Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is recruiting an exceptional attorney to join our legal team based in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance will be provided.

This role will support our growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. You will manage complex litigation and provide counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas of potential risk.

• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Expand responsibility rapidly as your knowledge of our industry deepens.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Competitive and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
