A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Anchorage office. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on complex business and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general business or complex commercial litigation and be ready to contribute to high-profile cases in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Handle general business and complex commercial litigation matters.
• Participate in motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Contribute to high-profile cases in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Manage projects independently and work with others to meet deadlines.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3+ years of litigation experience (motions, depositions, trial prep)
• Background in general business or complex commercial litigation
• Strong academic credentials, references, and legal research/writing skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively
• Alaska Bar admission or eligibility preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Persuasive communication and influencing skills
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Salary Range: $165,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
