Labor & Employment - Due Diligence Attorney (H)
Join JURISolutions Legal (JSL) as a Labor & Employment Attorney for a remote due‑diligence review with one of our corporate clients.
Responsibilities- Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in Labor & Employment law, conducting due‑diligence reviews of mergers and acquisitions.
- Review and analyze documents in virtual data rooms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of findings.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on due‑diligence findings.
- Bar admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
- Significant experience in Labor & Employment due‑diligence and exposure to virtual data‑room processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Remote, full‑time (40 hrs/wk) position
• Expected duration: 2 months or more, commencing next week
• Contract engagement
