Join JURISolutions Legal (JSL) as a Labor & Employment Attorney for a remote due‑diligence review with one of our corporate clients.

• Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in Labor & Employment law, conducting due‑diligence reviews of mergers and acquisitions.
• Review and analyze documents in virtual data rooms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of findings.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on due‑diligence findings.

• Bar admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in Labor & Employment due‑diligence and exposure to virtual data‑room processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.

• Remote, full‑time (40 hrs/wk) position
• Expected duration: 2 months or more, commencing next week
• Contract engagement
