We’re looking for a Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and ensure our shop runs efficiently and safely.

• Supervise and schedule shop staff and technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Track performance metrics and assist with budgeting and cost control

• Proven experience in shop management or a related leadership role
• Strong mechanical and organizational aptitude (will train to work on appliances)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and record‑keeping skills
