Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Fellow – Mother Baby Unit. An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands‑on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - Upon hire:
Alaska Registered Nurse License. - National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 1 year nursing experience (new to specialty).
