Day to day as a Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Home Health LPN at Ancora Home Health & Hospice LLC, your day begins with a thorough review of your schedule and patient care plans, setting the tone for a fulfilling day in the community. You'll engage in one-on-one patient care, forging meaningful connections while focusing on delivering high-quality services in the comfort of their homes. Your skilled nursing tasks will include taking vital signs, administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring symptoms—all while meticulously documenting patient progress.
