Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse in Alaska. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within a level II trauma acute hospital setting. The role requires a commitment to patient safety, operating room procedures, and working within a dynamic surgical environment.
Job Details- Certifications:
BLS required; ACLS and CNOR preferred. - Education Requirements:
Valid Alaska Registered Nurse license in hand for auto offer; pending license accepted with license in hand prior to start. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience. - Location Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility. - Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 11/09/2026 and ending on 02/08/2027. - Required Qualifications:
Must have current Alaska RN license, minimum 2 years of OR experience, BLS certification, and charting experience with Epic. - Additional Information:
Candidates may float within scope to meet facility needs and should be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays. - Submittal Requirements:
Include RTO requests, 2 references covering 1 year, and copy of certifications.
