American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a Level II Trauma, Magnet-designated hospital, requiring an active AK RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 2 years of cath lab experience.

• Work in the Cath Lab unit of an acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call required 1 day per week plus every 4th/5th weekend (Friday 1800 to Monday 0730)
• Approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of scheduled shifts
• May float to EP or IR within scope of practice
• Uses Epic for charting

• Active AK RN license required (must be in hand for auto offer)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with ACT, circulate procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and interventional cath lab/EP procedures
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required for consideration

• Level II Trauma Center and Magnet-designated facility, recognized as a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska
• Scrubs provided by facility
• May float between sister facilities as needed
• First-time travelers accepted
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler, and must live outside the 50-mile radius
• Only one time-off request permitted per 13-week assignment
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
