A well-established small animal practice in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Director Veterinarian to lead its clinical team. • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to patients
• Lead and mentor veterinary staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Oversee clinical standards and ensure best practices are consistently met
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and empathy
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement within the hospital

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Alaska
• Proven leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
