Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager II to lead the QA/QC program on large or multi‑phase projects, including heavy civil, industrial, or federal work under USACE or NAVFAC guidelines.
You will write the project quality control plan, run three-phase control meetings, and own the NCR process. Expect travel to active sites, daily inspector coordination, and direct reporting to the owner's QA representative as part of a demanding program.
