We are seeking amotivated and skilled Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. Ifyou have 1+ years experience in real estate sales, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong driveto help clients reach their real estate goals, we want tohear from you!
Responsibilities
- List and marketresidential properties: Create compellingproperty listings, conduct open houses, and promote propertiesthrough various channels.
- Assist buyers: Understand client needs, identify suitable properties, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Be theexpert: Guide buyers andsellers through the real estate process, answering questions and providing expert advice.
- Negotiatecontracts: Skillfullynegotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract termsto achieve favorable outcomes for your clients.
- Coordinateshowings: Schedule propertyshowings, communicate with potential buyers, and provideproperty information.
- Coordinateinspections: Facilitateproperty inspections and address any concerns.
- Stayinformed: Keep up to datewith market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records: Document client interactions, property details and transaction progress tomeet real estate compliance standards.
- Work independently: Manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlineseffectively.
This is anon-employment independent contractor opportunity.
Real estate commissionsare paid by our brokerage, Herrington and Company, LLC.
Requirements- Alaska real estatelicense: Must be licensed to practice real estate in Alaska.
- 1+ years of experience: Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients,colleagues, and other peers in the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Familiarity with Outlook and Teams.
- Self-motivated and independent: Capable of workingautonomously and achieving self-determined goals.
- Experience: Work closely withseasoned agents to gain valuable insights and learn from their expertise.
- Training and support: Receive guidance,training and administrative assistance, especially crucial fornewer agents.
- Sharedexpenses: Split marketingcosts, signs, and lead generation expenses with team members.
- Collaboration: Benefit from shared knowledge, camaraderie, and supportive team members.
- Accountability: Stay on track withteam accountability to reach your goals.
- Widerinfluence: Expand your sphereof influence by collaborating within the team.
