Leasing Consultant – responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.

• Conduct property leasing and administration, including showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents.
• Maintain regular daily onsite attendance and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours.
• Close the sale: make appointments, generate and follow‑up new leads, maintain model units, and complete leasing paperwork before move‑in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and the turn process.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs (functions, promotions, newsletter).
• Participate in general upkeep and cleaning of office and common areas.
• Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and outreach.
• Conduct market surveys/analysis and prepare weekly reports.
• Manage customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on‑site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regular movement, communication, and repetitive wrist/hand/finger motions.
• Ability to use ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and step stools, and to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs., operating machinery, vehicles or golf carts, working overtime, nights, weekends, or in extreme conditions.

Salary Range: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Full‑time employees receive paid sick days, company holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance. Performance‑based commissions and bonuses may apply.
