A local government entity in Anchorage is seeking a qualified individual for the Senior Appraiser role in the Finance Department. The successful candidate will perform technical property appraisal work and be responsible for developing statistical models. Applicants must have extensive experience in appraising real and personal property, including specific qualifications in mass-appraisal methodologies. A valid State of Alaska Driver’s License is required, and preference will be given to current employees of the Municipality.
