EXECUTIVE CHEF (PROVIDENCE ALASKA MEDICAL CENTER) ANCHORAGE AK

Job Title: Executive Chef Location: Anchorage, AK Salary: $110,000–$130,000

As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, and ensure safety and sanitation. You will plan menus, control costs, manage inventory, and launch new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team.

• Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
• Plan and create all menus
• Purchase and manage inventory
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company
