Restaurant General Manager

Jersey Mike's Subs is a fast casual sub sandwich restaurant with more than 2,000 locations across the U.S. We are expanding to Anchorage and Wasilla, soon to be in Eagle River and beyond. • 1–3 years of restaurant experience preferred
• 1 year of management and/or leadership experience preferred
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Must thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing
• Minimum 50‑hour work week
• Willingness to coach and manage employees effectively on store operations

• Oversee all aspects of in‑store operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, merchandising, and brand compliance
• Manage daily restaurant operations – sales, people, profit, and daily activities
• Ensure high food quality and customer/employee safety
• Create a positive guest experience with high‑level service
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
• Hire, interview, and develop team members
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
• Lead training, development, motivation, and performance of Jersey Mike’s team members
• Build sales through strategic local restaurant marketing and community involvement
