Job Title:

STOCKER (Full Time) – Downtown Anchorage Cafe (Online Applications Only)

Schedule:

Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, day shifts (hours may vary). Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Perform essential duties to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work areas, operating equipment, managing inventory, and supporting daily operations of the Anchorage Café.

• Unload and organize product deliveries.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly and accurately.
• Rotate items to ensure freshness.
• Keep aisles, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Assist customers in finding products.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or issues.
• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other surfaces.
• Segregate and remove trash, steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Wash dishes, posts, pans, utensils, and other prep equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe‑lifting standards.
• Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up as requested.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

No prior experience required; prior stocker experience a plus.
