Retail Associate

The Retail Shop Attendant is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the retail shop, stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting guests. It is a part-time, year-round position.

• Greet guests entering the gift shop
• Assist guests with choosing items and finding sizes
• Prevent loss by theft or breakage
• Maintain organized and presentable displays
• Prepare orders to be shipped through the mail
• Handle cash and credit cards to process payments and returns
• Assist in performing weekly inventories
• Coordinate with Assistant Restaurant Manager to improve product offering based on guest feedback
• Manage merchandise inventory and prepare re-orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction in all aspects of the Gift Shop

• Must have TAPS card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
