Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a big part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that areas are up to visual standards.
  • Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising adjustments.
  • Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and HQ partners.
  • Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
  • Maintain organization of the stock room and keep the store tidy.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.
    • What You'll Need
  • Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
