Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.

They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange measurements, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
• Contribute to achieving department and store goals through selling and service excellence.
