Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average.
Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading tech brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you will execute in‑store tasks including:

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
  • Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs
  • Following planograms and client‑specific directives

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to field services management – communicate within 24 hours
  • Keep availability updated and accurate
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures
  • Complete necessary forms and surveys before leaving the job site
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations, provide feedback
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Adhere to timelines for timecard submission, report anomalies daily
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Complete training and certification programs
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems
  • Available for weekend assignments as needed
Scheduling / Planning
  • Hours and locations may vary week to week; occasional weekends, early mornings, or holidays
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
Project Execution
  • Follow all directives fully and completely
  • Work closely with shared services team to achieve goals, identify opportunities, communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies
Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration and communication within internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives
Leadership & Cross‑functional Work
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company
  • Set high standards for behavior, foster positive work environment, ensure respectful communication
  • Work across company aspects and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success
Customer & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction met / continually improved per field KPIs
  • Provide and receive feedback
Qualifications

Age / Eligibility:

  • Must be 18 or older (insurance requirements)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Availability:

  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday
  • Weekend and holiday availability as needed
  • Early morning and late‑night availability as needed
  • Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within rolling 30‑day period

Physical Abilities:

  • Climb ladder up to 10 feet
  • Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead

Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing tasks and environments

Communication

Skills:

  • Effective communication via phone, text, email to coordinate tasks
  • Use smartphone for clocking, photos, downloading apps, internet
  • Respond promptly to management within 24 hours

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory

Experience Preferred:

  • Installation and merchandising experience
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Follow planogram directives and secondary communication

Technology:

  • Own Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data
