Backroom Team Associate

Backroom Team Associate role at Walmart.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (if required).
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.

• Physical ability to lift >50 pounds.
• Experience with warehouse or backroom operations preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus (if operating heavy machinery).

Full-Time. Available shifts:
Opening, Morning.

Hourly wage: $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
