• This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
• Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
• Behave in an honest, fair, and professional manner.
• Work productively with others to achieve goals; takes responsibility for their own actions and behaviors.
• Promote teamwork and dependability by consistently working the posted schedule. Be there on time for your team.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder

• Up to 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility for Day/Evening/Night shifts
• Sunday-Saturday shifts
• Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)
