What You’ll Do

• Lead, hire, train and develop a strong, customer‑first team.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized and welcoming at all times.
• Handle customer issues professionally, building loyalty.
• Maintain safety, security, cash management and compliance with company policies.
• Provide support to nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in retail supervisory roles (supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager).
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and ability to travel as needed.
