Papa Murphy’s Pizza Brand Ambassador

• Promote the business’s product in an appealing manner to current and prospective customers.
• Work closely with the owners and relay customer feedback to the ownership team.
• Interact regularly with various media outlets, from newspapers to television stations, to generate wide appeal.
• Proactively develop new marketing ideas and contribute to marketing initiatives.

• Be highly proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, often with little to no supervision.
• Recall large amounts of information quickly and comfortably address sizable groups of people, including in public forums.
• Strong social skills, including excellent listening, oral, and written communication abilities.
• A well-groomed appearance, high level of organization, and willingness to take on significant responsibility.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel — sometimes to Soldotna or the Valley — for events.
• Ability to perform set-up tasks for presentations and to lift or carry heavy merchandise as needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales and marketing, preferably with regular face-to-face customer interaction; demonstrated sales experience with quotas met or exceeded; ability to read and interpret sales reports.

Salaried position $41,200 a year + incentive opportunities
