This Membership Coordinator position earns an hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities

As a membership coordinator, you are one of the first interactions our guests will have with The Alaska Club. You will work directly underneath the Membership Sales Manager at your club, greet and tour guests, build relations, engage guests within their areas of interest, complete follow‑up calls to our guests to check on their experience, and you will have a daily, weekly and monthly sales goal to keep you motivated and engaged.

• A clear passion for fitness.
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred.

This membership position typically works five days a week totaling approximately 40 hours. Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
