The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, providing knowledge and training that Sally Beauty offers. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.

• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
