The Sales Coordinator role is foundational to the success of the Sales Team. The coordinator processes orders for machines and follows up with sales representatives and customers on machine malfunctions, ensuring crisp communication between NC Service Departments, Parts Departments, Credit, Accounting and Sales. The position processes post‑sale claims related to Caterpillar machine transactions and updates our database to maintain inventory integrity.

Assistance with attachment ordering and inventory control is also essential. The Sales Coordinator must strive for high customer satisfaction in all internal and external transactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) is necessary. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience is preferred; however, 5 years of related experience in a sales organization is acceptable.

Salary range: $31.35 per hour. Hourly offered based on skills and experience.
