Position Summary:

The Optical Frame Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and assistance to patients in selecting frames and lenses. They are responsible for adjusting and repairing eyeglasses, as well as maintaining a clean and organized optical showroom. Must be a highly detailed person. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday
, with training provided for applicants with prior retail, customer service, or sales experience.

• Assist patients in selecting frames and styling, as well as optical lens options during the sales process.
• Take accurate measurements for eyewear using appropriate optical tools.
• Dispense, adjust, and repair patient eyewear.
• Ensure timely patient call-backs and provide updates on order progress.
• Maintain accurate job orders and complete patient transactions.
• Consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical showroom.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, with a helpful and friendly attitude focused on providing quality patient care.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Works efficiently and effectively with staff and patients.

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (effective 2024)
