This is a full-time on-site role located in Anchorage, AK for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure compliance with security protocols, manage and train security personnel, and liaise with clients to tailor security solutions to their needs. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, responding to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

• Experience in managing security operations and personnel
• Knowledge of public safety, private security, and law enforcement processes
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with security protocols
• Proficiency in responding to and coordinating security incidents
• Capability to work on-site in Anchorage, AK
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the military or law enforcement is advantageous
