Position: LEAD PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST with Security Clearance
Duties Help
* Executes and enforces all operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the personnel security program while serving as the installation lead and technical authority for installation personnel security program.
* Serves as the primary advisor to and the Assistant to the Chief of Information Protection and multiple wing and subordinate commanders on the full spectrum of Information Protection security matters throughout the installation including all tenant and subordinate organizations.
* Implements and administers Installation Personnel Security investigations/adjudication systems for case management.
* Responsible for training and providing consistently accurate guidance and assistance regarding all three Information Protection security disciplines (Personnel, Information, and Industrial).
* Serves as Team Leader. Communicates and integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. Requirements Help Conditions of employment

* This position has been identified as a designated position under the Air Force Drug Testing Plan. Employee of this position is subject to random drug testing.

Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
