This is a crucial, hands-on position for an experienced Lead Installer or Commercial Technician. You will be responsible for leading a small crew, providing training, and performing high-quality installations and repairs. A strong background in commercial work, particularly with sectional builders and high-speed doors, is a must-have. We are looking for a candidate who is a technical expert, has a clean record for military base access, and is capable of managing a territory.

• This role offers an exceptional compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $30-$40, which can lead to an all-in compensation of up to $100K-$120K annually.
• You will receive a full benefits package and a company truck with a service body.
