Schedule:

8 am – 5 pm

• Installation:
  Install new wiring, light fixtures, electrical panels, motors, and other electrical components.
• Maintenance:
  Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, wiring, and equipment.
• Code Compliance:
  Ensure all installations and repairs comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Testing & Inspection:
  Test and inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and needs for repairs or adjustments.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and specialized testing equipment.

• Work is performed in residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Journeyman electricians may work independently or as part of a team, often traveling between job sites.

• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.
• State‑issued electrician’s license or certification.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding electrical diagrams.
