• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with precision and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked
• Ensure systems meet safety and performance standards while exceeding customer expectations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely project completion
• Work independently and efficiently while representing the company with pride and professionalism

• Current Alaska Journeyman HVAC License (or equivalent certification)
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance
• Solid understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
