We are looking for a primary service and maintenance contact for our Anchorage, AK customers who will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a diverse commercial base, including healthcare, process manufacturing, education, and office complexes.

- Coordinate with team leader, project manager and customer to understand on‑site installation and repair requirements.
- Serve as the direct customer contact and manage products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use cutting‑edge software and a variety of hand‑tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Display team effort and flexibility, working overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
- Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience. Technical school or formal training preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with hand‑held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years.
- EPA certification.
- Safely operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
- Wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots.
- Twist torso 90 degrees in each direction; squat and touch the floor; reach hands over head.
- Stand on concrete surfaces up to 4 hours.
- Perform regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing; lift and move up to 10 lbs.; lift up to 40 lbs.; occasionally lift more than 40 lbs.; lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. on a ladder with a 375‑lb. weight limit.
- Maneuver confined access areas as small as 30” vertical x 45” horizontal.
- Access rooftops with extension/fixed ladders up to 20’ routinely, and up to 50+ feet occasionally.
- Encounter variable weather, moving mechanical parts, heights, electrical shock risk, noise, and other environmental conditions.
