Pay: $25 - $30

We’re seeking a skilled Boiler Installation Technician to join a reputable, locally owned HVAC and mechanical company in Anchorage. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Install, service, and repair boilers, burners, and associated piping systems for residential and commercial clients
  • Troubleshoot hydronic systems and ensure installations meet all safety and performance standards
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with field teams to complete projects on time and within scope
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear updates and solutions
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with local codes and company procedures
  • Keep tools, equipment, and vehicle organized and in top working condition
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of experience in boiler installation, service, or HVAC‑related field
  • Solid understanding of hydronic and steam systems
  • Current Alaska Journeyman License (Plumber or HVAC preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Valid Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self‑motivated with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
