The Salvation Army McKinnell House in Anchorage seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct services for shelter residents, conduct intakes, and support goal planning. You will document progress, coordinate referrals, and advocate for residents through community networks.
Responsibilities include data entry, developing individualized plans, meeting residents weekly, and ensuring compliance with CMS reporting. CPR/First Aid certification preferred on hire.
