Delivery Driver

A Delivery Driver at General Motors owns Relationship Building end to end, answers for it, and gets the credit too, all from Anchorage, AK. We're looking for 5+ years of Cultural Awareness; in return you'll get $88,000 - $120,000, ownership, and a team worth joining.

• Make peace with remote-friendly ambiguity and ship anyway
• Notice the trust-the-team gap between the spec and the shipped thing
• Keep Cultural Awareness documentation current as the work outpaces it
• Execute core Delivery Driver duties with accuracy and consistency
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Hold Anchorage vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Keep General Motors's Professionalism pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
• Map the handoffs between AK teams so nothing falls in the cracks

• Real Cultural Awareness chops, plus the Relationship Building curiosity to keep growing
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
