• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to customers at the counter and over the phone
• Enter, review, and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Receive incoming materials, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space
• Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and documentation
• Use computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse systems to manage inventory and orders
• Deliver products to customers as needed, ensuring timely and courteous service
• Support team goals by helping with daily warehouse operations and maintaining positive relationships with customers and coworkers

• Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Comfortable working on concrete floors and in various temperatures
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
