As a Product Specialist Intern , the role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions. You will be part of the Innovation, Research & Advanced Solutions division, working on cutting‑edge Smart Home and IoT technologies that are shaping the future of energy efficiency and comfort.
What You’ll Do
Deep analysis of market dynamics, customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insights and opportunity identification
Assist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for dedicated solutions
Contribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports
Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features
Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus
Strong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems
Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in English and Italian, German is a plus
